Can any one please tell me the meaning of the name ELAIZA?????

Not all names have a meaning anyway. I doubt there is a name invented in the last 100 years that has had any sort of true meaning.

It means you can't spell Eliza! (Seriously though, I've never heard it before)

Alternatively, Elaisa is the name of a house design in the Philippines. (Wonderful thing, Google.) So Elaisa -with-an-s might be a name created fairly recently in that region. In which case, as Hello said above, it might not have any meaning.
