Thoughts on both names ladies? Using this as a forum as only hubby and I know names. Both our mothers are school teachers and don't want to know the name of our baby until he's here as associate so many names with rotten pupils haha!

Our surname starts with an E x

'Chester reminds me of a rather well endowed 70s porn star called Chesty Morgan.'

Bloody hell I googled Chesty Morgan. She must have had terrible backache!

I like both Oscar and Chester but do prefer Oscar, though popularity round here would put me off.

I don't like Ashton.

i love Oscar.

I wanted an Oscar & a Felix!

Love Oscar. I only know one toddler called Oscar so it isn't as popular where I live.

Chester is a bit, meh

Both are lovely. I really like Chester - it's a bit more uncommon.

Oscar has become too trendy imo - evident by everyone loving it on here, so it might start to fall out of fashion and sound dated soon. Plus I dislike nicknames Ozzy/Oz.

Chester and Ashton are both interesting, less overused and strong - I'd go for either of them. Think I like Ashton best!

Like Oscar, don't like Chester and love Ashton!
