I love Luca!

Who cares if it is popular?

Are you looking for something unique?

I like Luca, Franco and Raffael best. Love the nickname Rafi.

Love Enzo and Raffael. I have a Matteo, his name is often mispronounced now we are in the UK. We have an italian surname which is mispronounced too which probably doesn't help! What about Achille (secretly love that name!) or Piero.

I love Milo, one of my top boys' names but my DH isn't keen. I like Luca and Raffael, too. Leonardo is lovely but Leo is very popular these days, which may be a factor for you.
