Albert or Angus?

Please help!

C-Section booked for Friday time running out...

Still haven't found baby boy names we like... But quite like old fashioned names... Albert or Angus?

Already have an Archie (Birth certificate Archibald!)

What do you think?

Angus. It's a classic.
Albert is very "of the moment" but will date (like it did last time).

I prefer Albert but Angus is nice too and is much better alongside your sons name. Albert is too similar.

I have an uncle Angus (and I also have an aunty Agnes but that's a different story). I don't have any relative called Albert so for that reason alone I vote for Angus.

Hi all finally had my c- section late on Friday 19th Dec, our baby Was delivered safely weighing a wee 6lb10oz... We decided on Angus "Gus" as nick name.

I have never posted before it was so lovely to get so many replies!! Thanks ;)

Sorry but as a teacher I always do a double take when I come across a little boy called Albert. It just doesn't seem right. Angus can be shortened to Gus, which is cool.
