what do you think of the name Kai for a boy? middle name would be James.

I know of 6 all under 4. Not a name I like at all I'm afraid.

There was a Kai at my school and he was a massive idiot.

My ex wanted to call our hypothetical child Kai. I vetoed as he was from a family of massive chavs :)

Having said that, It's your child and your name :)

As a name it's fine, it just has unfortunate associations with the Rooneys

My Finnish great uncle was named Kaj. I think it is a beautiful name. It's a shame that it has such a bad reputation in the UK!

No she didn't, my son was born in 1975. His name is Kai.

Cai. Welsh for Caius, I think.
