I'm in the "Love formal, "proper" names but end up using slightly unusual, funky nicknames day to day" camp!

So,

With that in mind, can you think of any "proper" names for Essie?

Essie is one of the Ghanaian 'days of the week' names isn't it? Not a nickname in that case. No idea which day it is though, sorry!
