Very demanding wish list for girl name

Does this even exist...

I am looking for a beautiful, strong and melodic sounding full name (around 3-4 syllables) that also has a nice shorter nickname.. perhaps something fresh/sassy/friendly/tom-boy/unusual sounding. I like old and new, from any origin. I am yet to fall in love with a name.

Names maybe in the following vein although not quite hitting the spot:

I quite like fresh and approachable sounding short names like Tess, Bea, Pippa etc but also longer versions so Philippa (although I hate that name). The full name sometimes seems a bit too 'heavy' if you know what I mean?! Not explaining myself well here..

Well we have an Izzy and a Beau in family so that rules out Isabeau!

Jessica was an all time favourite of mine from being a child, and it does give Jess/Jessie/Jessa so possibly..

I LOVE the nn Frankie!!! But my oH has a Frances in family and will not call a DD Francesca, which is a shame. I really love the spunkiness of that nn.

Sukey is pretty cute :-) Though probably everyone else would call her Susie for short which isn't as nice.

I think Harriet is nice but a bit too popular for me. And doesn't feel right for our family somehow. I quite like Charlotte nn Lottie but dislike Charlotte its an irrational name hate for me!

If I could get to the nicknames Boo, Bear or Bea I would love that!
Or Pip or Pop.. or Lolly..

I don't like the end sound of Beatrice and think that Beatrix lends itself more to Trixie (which sounds like a hooker to me- I once performed a monologue as a prostitute named Trixie so cant get past that!).
