hi all im 40+1 weeks pregnant with our second baby a little girl this time and we still have no name for her :( we would like something ideally that isnt very common and something that wont mean her been 1 of however many in her class at school. Her middle name will be Nicola. We were looking at names like Farrah and Callie but not sure on these anymore as wanting something thats quite strong but girly still. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Fern is quite good yes, suggested by pp. And no spelling/pronunciation issues!

What about Nicola as a first name? Seems to fit your requirements. It's lovely but I only know one under 20 and even she's 12ish.
I also really like Farrah and Callie.

Otherwise, strong but girly and not too popular:

I heard the prettiest name the other day. Everly Violet. I also like Evelyn.

nickiw123 · 25/09/2014 19:41

wow thankyou for all your ideas, going to sit down with OH and go through them all Everly, Avery, Eden and Elise all stand out to me at the moment :)

And Nicola is my name so thats the reason we chose that for her middle name as our little boy has OHs name as his middle name. Wouldnt it be abit weird her having my name as her first name also?

No at all!

My first name is my mums middle. My dad named me and just happened to really love her middle name. I've always liked that
