I don't think Elodie and Elouise are too similar for niece/aunt. I can't choose between your girls names at all, they're all so lovely :/ I think Elodie, Alice and Juliet are my favourites, although Jessica and Juliet are a bit matchy.

Favourite boys names are Casper and Rupert. Don't like Jude or Lorrie (but like Lawrence).

Girls
Elodie is fine with an aunt Elouise.
I like Juliet but some might find it too matching.
I like Matilda and Alice too. Both are on my list.

Boys
Henry and Felix go nicely with Jessica.

Alice or Abigail go well with Jessica. All lovely names! Or Jude if it's a boy. Juliet is also nice.

Elodie is a very pretty name, but yes, a bit too similar to Elouise.

Matilda and Henry are my favourites.

Love the name Jessica.

I have a Jessica and my other children are Savannah and Xanthe. Not that I think those three particularly go together, there are quite big gaps between them and my taste changed a lot.

Elodie - it is similar to Elouise but I don't think that matters - it's a nice gesture to your sister in fact. I considered using my sister's name for one of mine (which, funnily enough, is another of the names on your shortlist)
Matilda - love it
Alice - quite like it
Freja - never been keen on this but I have no idea why
Abigail - love it
Juliet - love it

Boys names:
Casper - bit quirky. Kind of cool
Henry - like it
Lucien - not keen. Sounds like Lucifer to me
Jude - quite like it
Lorrie - It's ok. I think I'd only use if it was Lawrence though
Rupert - not overly keen
Felix - love it
