Sebastian _ Bassy for short.

Sebastian

Grin No, I'm not your Mum Alis, though she is clearly a lady with style and very good taste!! I thought of Balthazar because you mentioned Gabriel, and it's a similar type of name with links to Christmas.

I quite like Torin, but think it is a bit too LOTR for me.

Whatever name you pick, your son will be adorable, and he and his name will meld together into your own beloved child.

DramaAlpaca · 10/09/2014 21:43

I prefer Torin.

Sebastian is a bit fussy for me.

bouncinbean · 10/09/2014 21:48

Love Sebastian! Would have been DD's name if she had been a boy!
Oh and we would probably have used Sebek as a nickname (polish heritage so would work with extended family...)

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 10/09/2014 22:35

Sebastian. Strong but yet gentle. Seb's nice too. Don't like Torin sorry

squeak2392 · 10/09/2014 22:36

I think I prefer Torin.

bringbackfonzi · 10/09/2014 23:12

Really like Torin.

All really god replies.

We're ttc at the moment and I am convinced we'll have boys (years of my mum telling me so).

Have a girls name locked down already.

I liked to plan ahead Blush

Torin - cool, strong and easy to say and spell!

Sebastian is more fussy and long, with unfortunate nicknames (Seb - sebaceous, Bastian - bastard).

CromerSutra · 11/09/2014 13:18

I teach a Torin, he is the most adorable, lovely natured child you could wish to meet! I don 't like Sebastian but do like Seb .

Ludways · 11/09/2014 13:34

I like Sebastian, I know 3 but only one of them is in the UK.

cherrybombxo · 11/09/2014 13:54

I haaaaate "Seb", I work beside a "Seb" and it makes my teeth itch.

hellokitty22 · 11/09/2014 14:04

Torin definately. Great strong name!

Sebastian is ok but I really dislike Seb, Sebby, Basty, Bassy - they sound so weak and comical to my ears.
