Yes, Flora, Ludo is a game but it's more well known as a nn for Ludovic or Ludovico I would've thought? I dislike Ludovic but love Ludovico (despite there only being 1 extra letter!). I don't think Ludovico fits with the OP's other choices though, hence suggesting Ludo. Perfectly fine as a name on it's own (although I know some people have a thing about only using 'full' names).
