Vita or Connie; Henry or Leonard?

What do you think of

Victoria nn Vita or
Constance nn Connie for a girl?

And Henry or Leonard nn Lenny or Leo for a boy?

Not to everyone's taste I'm sure, so do your worst..!

I like Vita but not that keen on Victoria.

I like Constance. Connie is good too.

Henry is great but maybe too popular?

Lenny reminds me of Of Mice And Men.

Thanks Wowser. I'm not made about Vita either, but DD has traditional long name and a day to day nickname, which has probably informed my thinking.

Need to dig out Of Mice and Men!

Leonard makes me think of The Big Bang Theory when Leonard get stoned and says "I hate my name, it has nerd in it" Grin

Constance nn Connie and Leonard nn Lenny or Leo. Henry is too popular IMO. I do like Vita as a nickname for Victoria though.

Henry is my favourite boys name if all time it is just perfection and if I have a dd2 in the future Victiria is on the shortlist although I favour Tori as a nn

Constance and Henry both lovely, but don't like Connie.

Vita is too contrived as a nickname for Victoria. Just use Vita if you like it.

Vita is nice on it's own. I don't think of it as a nn for Victoria. I don't think you can control nns. If you don't like vicky or tori do t use victoria.

Connie is fine on it's own.
Although I do think 'con artist'.

Lenny and Leo are also fine as bc names. I prefer Leo.

There's no reason you can't use Victoria but call her Vita. Prefer it to Vicky.

Prefer Henry to Leonard, athough i quite like Leo.

Leonard nickname Lenny is my favourite boys name. I have tried to encourage my friends with sons to use it to no avail.

There is a tennis player called Victoria Azarenka whose nickname is Vika, which I prefer to Vita or Vicky.

I like Constance, nn Connie, and I like Henry. Not too keen on Lenny.

Connie a great name (I'm a little biased as its what my Nan's name) and its on our name list although I don't think we will use it as we have other names on our list that OH prefers. But its definitely classy and cool xx
