Oscar is nice but quite trendy,

Not so keen on Freddie, unless a nickname for Frederick.

I don't think Oscar "goes" with James. I like Adam and Freddie.

I think Adam is a more neutral name in terms of class and culture, though, and less "of its time" than Freddie. That doesn't matter to most people everybody, though!

My H thinks Adam is more timeless, bit like James where Freddie to too 'now' and he is not sure Oscar goes with James, apparently they have too different shapes?!

I know an Oscar James so I would say they would go together!

I like them all but only really like Freddie as a nn. It would be weird to meet a grown man at work or something who introduced himself as Freddie.
