I can't imagine my girl is a Skye, he says the same for Brooke. I'm pretty sure I could talk him around (especially post birth) but I want a name we both love.

Is your OP thinking Skye as in the Scottish island? In which case: Alisa, Iona, Islay/Isla, Rona, Shona, Tanera, Tiree, Vaila - or Morvern (peninsula), Morven (mountain), Afton (river), Deri/Dara (oak), Davina (little deer), Tara (hill)....

Are you thinking of Brooke as surname-type first name, rather than something from nature? If so, perhaps there is one of those that he would like - there are lots, from Ashley to Wallis!
