Hi, which name do you think is best? Surname begins with a P. Thanks! Xx

Definitely not Primrose. Grace is lovely not so keen on Eve (I prefer Evie or Eva)

All three names are lovely. Eve and grace are fairly common place around here though so I would choose Primrose. I love a bit of alliteration Grin

Bunbaker · 09/05/2014 20:42

Not P. The initials will be PP. On the continent little children say pi-pi when they want a wee.

Angelto5 · 09/05/2014 20:46

Evangeline is a nice name to go with a P surname but i suppose it depends on how many syllables the surname has. Also has many nn.

I like Primrose, but it is a very cutesy name, so combined with the P surname might sound like a Dolly or a childrenswear shop. Would be sweet on a toddler but not so good if you have a strapping sporty young woman. I also can never quite get Primrose Shipman out of my mind, sorry! So for that reason I would go with one of the others. All pretty names.

Do u have any middle names in mind??

squoosh · 09/05/2014 21:00

Eve.

Kaekae · 09/05/2014 21:13

I like Primrose but wouldn't have the guts to use it. I would go for Eve/Evie.

sandberry · 09/05/2014 21:25

Depends on the surname Primrose Potter goes well, Primrose Price is a but matchy. Grace Potter equally would be fine but Grace Price wouldn't, a one syllable surname wouldn't work with Grace or Eve

Leeds2 · 09/05/2014 22:33

Prefer Grace.

Don't like Primrose.

Rtfairy · 10/05/2014 14:41

Eve or Grace with Primrose as a mn would be lovely.

WolfMoon · 10/05/2014 16:21

Definitely Grace.

stinkypants · 10/05/2014 18:49

Eve and grace both nice. Eva is more common here. How about faith as a less used alternative to grace?

KERALA1 · 11/05/2014 22:34

Are you relaxed about popularity? One third of girls in dds class are called a variant of eve. I can think of 5 graces under 5 off top of my head...

Swisskissingisbetterthenfrench · 11/05/2014 22:48

Primrose with nn Rosie

redlorry322 · 12/05/2014 06:46
