psammead haha hopefully! Pretty tempted to call him the psammead now though. Newborns do look a bit like that...

Freddie. If you use Freddy people - teachers/other parents/friends will think you can't spell.

bunbaker thankyou, that's exactly why I wanted to check! My name has a tricky ei in the middle that trips everyone up, so wanted to make sure we were choosing the most 'obvious' spelling. Freddie it is!
