Names to go with surname Lucas

I have name-changed for this for obvious reasons.

Thinking of baby names for boys and girls. There seems to be a lot of names I like, which just don't sound right with our surname - Lucas. It's not as easy as you'd think.

Any suggestions welcome. I don't generally like surnames as first names though.

Yeah, maybe not George Lucas unless you're a massive Star Wars fan.

tznett · 03/04/2014 09:36

Oh, didn't realise about Star Wars!

I see what you mean! Boys names are hard - you want to avoid George Lucas (director) and Henry Lucas (mass murderer!). And anything with 'l' or 'oo' sounds in isn't good, but then long names too can sound odd. Okay, here goes:

Meredith Lucas
Sasha Lucas
Karen Lucas
Norah Lucas

Chris Lucas
Aidan Lucas
Brad Lucas
Tom Lucas
