Another one for Claudia Grin.

Then Gabriella then Imogen (not keen on it at all).

Blondieminx · 11/03/2014 20:38

Imogen is getting really popular, I hear it a lot nowadays. I think Claudia is lovely. Not as keen on Gabriella.

TessRA · 11/03/2014 21:11

Inform all the way for me, such a lovely name.

TessRA · 11/03/2014 21:12

sorry that should read Imogen!!

SoMuchToBits · 11/03/2014 21:13

Gabriella

PunkAssMoFo · 11/03/2014 21:14

The meaning of claudia did put me off using it?
Love Gabriella.

PunkAssMoFo · 11/03/2014 21:15

Not supposed to be a ? there!

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 11/03/2014 21:17

Gabriella
Claudia

Not Imogen for me, I really don't understand why it's so popular.

HandragsNGladbags · 11/03/2014 21:17

I have a Claudia.

I also have an Amelia which is some sort of medical condition, and like Cassandra - and we all know what happened to her.

Meanings of names are, for me, an irrelevance. But then mine means Princess, a less princess like person you could not imagine Smile

Mrsindecision · 11/03/2014 21:22

I voted Gabriella because Imogen is quite "hard" sounding to my ear and yes, I would be put off by the meaning of Claudia as I would worry that my dd would not like it when she is old enough to know. I do agree however that most people would be unaware of the meaning of the name so you should probably not worry about it.

ImperialBlether · 11/03/2014 21:27

I love Gabriella but would worry about her being called Gabby. I love Bella, though, and Ella and Ellie.

And you could call her 'belly button' for short Grin

Smugfearnleyshittingstool · 11/03/2014 21:29

Claudia but I'm biased as my Claudia is 4. Seems to be cropping g up here more often than I'd like though :/

DakotaFanny · 11/03/2014 21:35

Claudia - by miles. Quite like Imogen too though.

PinkFondantFancy · 11/03/2014 21:40

Definitely Gabriella though not Gabby.

I'd just like to say though, Persephone is actually the goddess of spring and summer NOT bringer of death..... I had no idea about the meaning of Claudia - only reason I didn't vote for it is the confusion over whether to pronounce as Cloud-ia or Claw-dia IYSWIM.

JumpingJackSprat · 11/03/2014 21:44

Love Claudia. Top of my girls list. The name predates the lame association.

Mireio · 12/03/2014 01:12

Definitely Claudia, followed by Gabriella. Imogen is too popular right now.

Innogen · 12/03/2014 01:18

Claudia hands down, would be the name I choose for next daughter.
