My OH is Scottish. He is set on a Scottish name if we have a boy (although not for a girl for some reason)

I hardly like anything! Fraser, Hamish, Angus.. none of these appeal to me at all. I kind of like Alexander and Cameron but neither of these names would be on the radar at all if it wasn't for the Scottish thing. I want to LOVE my babies name, but I know it's not just about me.

Any suggestions?

Lachlan is a great name!

But if not your style, what about (I'll try not to repeat what others have already listed...)
Oran
Tavish
Eachann
Kester
Cormag
Gregor
Sorely
Sawney
Manus
Afton
Auley

I am not a fan of Mac- surnames used as first names but if you happen to hear one you like, knock the Mac off of it and you're probably pretty close to an original scottish first name

My fav site for scottish names as it has all kinds from traditional native Gaelic names to Scots versions of more common names is www.namenerds.com/scottish/scota.html Plus, it has a pronunciation key!

If we had had a son his name would have been Cameron Duncan Campbell Scott. How Scottish are we! But we had three daughters. I am a little sad we couldn't use our excellent Scottish name.
