baby girl, Gwen or Nancy

My beautiful baby girl arrived 2 weeks early and we haven't yet decided on a name. I cant go any longer, we have got it down to Gwen Elizabeth or Nancy Jane cole, she is very petite and has a mop of dark hair x x x please let us know what you think? X looking forward to hearing your thoughts x

I like them both. Elizabeth is my middle name too so go with Gwen.makes me think of Gwen Stefani and I like her. Both work with the surname too. Congrats!

I'd say Gwen. I know 3 (one 50, one 30s, one 20s) and they are 3 of the most awesome women I've ever met. A great, strong, wonderful name!

(Of the ones I know, one is Gwynneth and one Gwendoline, the other is just Gwen).

I think Nancy flows better with the surname as not a fan of having tow 1-syllable names, but both are lovely names.

Gwen. I always find Nancy quite tricky to say (stupid I know) but I'm Northern so would pronounce it with a short 'a' where I think more southern accents may pronounce it as Narncy- just worth thinking about if you're bothered how it's pronounced.
