Any thoughts as to Sid - I love it, but do not know (or know of) a single one, and worry that it's for a reason Grin

Mind, I dont know anyone with DDs name (M e g) and I didnt worry about that.

Happy to hear any and all opinions!

It's awful.

I like it a lot, but DH is put off by the fact that Sydney is such a popular girls' name now (and often shortened to Syd), he worries that people would be forever assuming he was a she.

I think Sid is an excellent, supercool name. I would have had a Sid if I'd had a son.

Go for it!

My grandad was Sidney, it's a great name

I love it. Also love Stanley nn Stan.

Super old man chic. Love it

I teach a Sydney (11yo).

I also know one whose sister is Nancy I kid you not!

I like it tbh but I think it may be a bit unisex?
