I am expecting our second ds next year and I think finally we have narrowed down name choice to Christopher David or Jonathan David. Surname begins with G. Which do you think sounds best/ do you like best?

Full name - I like Christopher best. But I much prefer John/Jonty to Chris/Kit (don't like Johnny much though). Interesting dilemma. Both go well with Matthew and David.

I have cousins with both names (and Matthew actually - they must be popular mixes!) and they get called Chris and Jay, if you're looking for other nicknames for Jonathan.

Prefer Jonathan, I like Jonny! I prefer Kit to Chris as a shortening for Christopher

Hmm, I'd go with Christopher as just have an aversion to Jonathan for no good reason. I would go for Kit rather than Chris though. I actually like Jonny and Jonty as nns no help at all
