Thinking of calling our baby Shivani
What do think of the name? Have you heard of it before?

I am of Indian origin so have come across it. I think it is a beautiful name and not too common either. Nice choice.

MaybeIAmJustLikeMyMother · 12/11/2013 19:57

Sounds like a Hindu name to me (God Shiva) so unless you know the meaning etc you might want to explore first (I don't know what Shiva signifies:) it might be beautiful and appropriate, or not.

Rhubarbgarden · 12/11/2013 20:06

I used to work with a Shivarni. I always thought it was a nice name.

tammie2010 · 12/11/2013 21:57

We are actually Indian, just want feedback on whether its not too hard to pronounce and if you like it?

Love it, pretty name. I am also of Indian origin and knew a Shivani at school. I haven't come across it since so I am sure it is not too common.
