Opinions on my names list?

We don't know the gender of our baby yet as I'm only 15 weeks pregnant, But I thought I should ask your opinions on our lists.

Girls:
October (Toby)
Clementine
Octavia
Arizona
Hazel

Boys:
Thane
Ackley
Colby
Aslan
Maverick
Braxton
Dane

We also have a couple of middle names but there quite uncertain.

Any name suggestions would be welcome

I like your girls list, not so keen on Arizona. I think your boys list is awful though.

Not names I would personally go for but tbh that is completely irrelevant. What is important is that you and your oh agree on the name and that you can see you baby carry this name with him/her all through life.

Aslan - the lion from Narnia. No.
Braxton Hicks
Maverick - this sounds like a military callsign, not a name.

Otherwise they are not my choice, but it's far more important you like them...

I was a bit bored but reading your lists has really cheered me up.

I like your girls names particularly October (but I don't like Toby as a girls name), Arizona, Octavia and Clementine.

I'm not keen on any of your boys names. If I had no choice but to chose one it would be Braxton.

Hazel is lovely, none of the others are to my taste.

Sorry, the only one I like is Hazel. The rest sound very much of the moment and will date quickly......

Not really to my taste but if I had to pick Id go for Octavia and Braxton.

I like Hazel. The boys' list is about as far from my taste as possible, tbh. How about Dale instead of Dane? Braxton immediately made me think of Braxton Hicks, and Maverick and Aslan are (to my mind) ridiculous.

Clementine is pretty.

From your list my favourites are Clementine, Octavia, Thane and Colby.

Clementine Octavia or Octavia Clementine would be lovely.

Colby Thane also quite nice.

I like your first three girls names. Not keen on Arizona or Hazel. Don't like any of your boys names I'm afraid.

My dd's best friend is called Liberty (Libby). It's a great uncommon name but her 'per' means she's doesn't stand out purely for having that name. She stands out because she's a pretty cool girl

Completely your own choice obviously but the only ones I personally like from your lists are Hazel and Dane - Colby is OK.
I like Toby as a name for a boy though
They all seem a bit 'American' to me, but as long as you and DP like them then that's what matters
