DD2 is due in February but we are really struggling for names.
DH likes Zoe which I like but don't love.
I'm half French and DH half Chinese so we have lots of options in terms of influences we could draw on.
We like soft sounding feminine names but not too twee.
Surname is Chinese (southern dialect) two syllables and begins with T.

Zoe is lively but doesn't have much softness. I put it with Tanya.
My favorites atm: Clemence, Maggie, Ariadne, Emma, Imogen, Rebecca.

Thank you so much for all the suggestions, many of them I love but are the names of family members or daughters of close friends. This rules out so many which is my problem - Florence, Alice, Lily, Marianne, Eleanor, Emma, Lucy, Sophie etc. We are planning Alice + something else as middle names, DD1 has middle names Francoise Lily - like to use family names as middle names.

Liana is interesting, I've not heard it before but know DH loves the name Lana. We considered Lara for DD1 but have got bored of it by now but probably should go back on list. Haven't considered Laura before but will do so now.

I do like the sound of Celine as well, only thing putting me off was Celine Dion. Sabine also pretty. I like Camille but it wouldn't work with our surname. Recently I have been thinking about Natalie, Leonie and Noemie but not sure about them. I suppose I'm keen on the idea of a French name but also happy with non-french.

I agree Zoe sounds lively not soft and I don't think it works with our surname.

Will update with a shortlist after giving it some more thought.
