My friend's DS suggested Dave for his sister. 11 years on and he hasn't stopped Grin

I know a little boy who wanted 'R2D2' for his brother/sister....!

SicknSpan · 09/10/2013 21:49

I particularly like Flamange!

Ds1 wanted to call ds2 baby Broccoli if he turned out to be a girl. He didn't like broccoli or girls at the time.

Please excercise caution Grin I have a friend who let her then 13yo name his sister and even now she refers to her own dd as Baby as she cant bear the name ('Baby' is 4)

MortifiedAdams · 09/10/2013 23:41

I asked DD (22MO) what her cuddly toy was called today and she said Angela, so I assume that wpuld.be the name she would proffer if asked

My 4yr olds suggestions for dc2 are Ben (his name), Barrie, and Sully. My dh suggested Funkbud or Funketta.
Funnily enough I'm not really keen on their suggestions either Grin

Iheartcrunchiebars · 10/10/2013 08:03

My 4 year old cousin suggested compost. I quite like it now!

Dylan and Florence are currently popular, and are Magic Roundabout names. So Brian is a very cool suggestion! Or Zebedee!

Oops, not reading thread properly!

Bryony? Smile

My 4yo wanted Annie for her baby sister, and we chose something that could (and now is!) abbreviated to Annie, although it's not the normal contraction.

She was over the moon and they have a really special bond.

FobblyWoof · 10/10/2013 15:28

I'm liking Frube Grin

Underused, a strong sound, won't date your dc. I'm assuming it's a fairly unisex name. Could be a future classic

SaggyIsHavingAPinkKitten · 10/10/2013 16:55

My nephew wanted to call his brother Tyrannosaurus Rex! He ended up choosing Sam thankfully! Grin
