Which name would you use as a 1st and which one as a second name? The name should work in the UK, France and Germany!

Alexandra first would work best in the UK. Love your choices - very elegant.

Helene. Really beautiful name.

I think that Alexandra Helene sounds lovely, but I think Alexandra would almost always get shortened to Alex. I also really like Helene (with the accents and French pronunciation), so I'd go for that.

Both are lovely, but if I had to choose I'd go for Hélène Alexandra Smile

Hélène is probably your best bet and I prefer the sound of it first. Will you use Helen in English or the French pronunciation?

Helene (sorry, phone won't do accents) is beautiful and graceful. And please keep it French, don't Anglicise it - it's so lovely.

Hélène is so pretty and love Alexandra, I think they sound best in that order.
