I'm still very early on but DP and I just can't seem to agree on names

Ones I love, he vetos and ones he loves I hate. So we're stuck with ones we both like but don't love, if that makes sense!

We've whittled it down to:

Cecily (Cee Cee)
or
Willow
For a girl

Rowan
or
Dylan
For a boy

I welcome any thoughts on these! Any similar names you can think of

Many thanks!

Love Cecily (but think Ceecee is a bit cutesy wutesy) and Dylan is very cool. I know girl Rowans so less keen and Willow is a bit hippy for my taste. But it's all about what you love! my opinion as a total stranger is irrelevant! Grin Grin

Like Willow and Cecily but not the meaning of Cecily.
Suggestions: Eden or Avery

Dylan is a bit 5 years ago where I'm from.
Rowan doesn't sound strong to me.
Suggestions: Ronan or Logan

Yeah Cecily is the forerunner and the meaning isn't great which is the downside to that name BUT St Cecilia is the patron saint of musicians and DP is a musician so it fits quite well ...

I like Eden, might add that to the list to see what DP thinks.

Thanks

I prefer Cecilia which is more grown-up. It also gives her the option of shortening to Celia if she likes.

Not keen on any of the others, sorry.
