I love it, but then I think there's beauty and interest in simpler things. Some says it's boring but what's an exciting name? I think the fact that it is less common, easy to spell and pronounce and has a very long history make it much more attractive to me than the overly frilly, girly names that are popular at the moment.
It fits the bill for a name that suits a baby, child, teen and adult and has nice nn. I put it in the same camp as Mary, Rose, Anne/a, Beth, Kate, Tess, Ellen, Jane if that's any help.
