nicknames for Amelia and Amelie

I was wondering if you have dd called either Amelia and Amelie what nicknames you call them? I see them as very different names, both beatiful names, and wonder if the nickknames are similar or different?

Amelie - know 1 who is 12 (in dd1s class) she is known as Lee which class mates started around yr3 at school(so 7/8yrs). Her parents call her Melly/Mel

Amelia -I know 2, one is only ever Amelia but she is only 1 so plenty of time for her friends to shorten it at school. The other is 16 and known as Moo (started as Milly/Milly-Moo).

Not my children, but ones I know....

My Amelia is known as Meelie. Only because her big sister couldn't remember her name after she was born so called her this, and it stuck!

Also know an Amelia that's been shortened to Mimi.

Emmie for Amelia

My eldest calls my Amelie (her younger sister) ame as she can't say the full name. She pronounces it am-ee and it's sort of stuck.

My Amelie is Ame

I know a few as Mimi (Meme) but one is also Emilia as opposed to Amelia.

My Amelie was going to be Millie, but i never call her that, she is alos a Missy Moo Moo/ Looby Loo but mostly Am

My 3yr old dsis is just known as Amelia but family nn is Boo. Don't know where the Boo came from! I know another Amelia that goes by Amy

I would have said Amy or Milly for either.

I know a Millie (Amelia) and an Amy (Amelie)

I know quite a few Amelia's, most go by Millie, but one is called Aimee and one Meels. One other is only ever called Amelia.
The Amelie I know is called "Am-ee" by her classmates.
