Do you like these names for twin girls?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant with twin girls and me and my husband have struggled to come up with two names that sound good together. We have came up with these pairs but aren't sure if they sound good:

Romy Grace And Jaida Lyric
Scarlett Mae and Milani Rae
Darcy Taylor and Lux Jordan
Last name is Braxton.
Suggestion appreciated 😊

My favourite two are:

Romy Grace and Scarlett Mae

I really really like Romy.

Bowlersarm · 27/08/2013 22:49

Ps don't like Lux Braxton - too many x which doesn't flow IMO

picnicbasketcase · 27/08/2013 22:49

Do they have to be in the pairs as written? Because I really like Romy and Scarlett too.

squoosh · 27/08/2013 22:50

To me it looks as though the pairs have been mixed up or that one parent likes Romy, Scarlett and Darcy and the other parent likes Jaida, Milani and Lux.

If I had to pick one pair I'd probably for for Romy and Jaida, although I think Romy is the nicer of the two.

romy and scarlet

HappyAsASandboy · 27/08/2013 22:55

I like or am indifferent to the first name in each pair and dislike the second name in each pairing! Like a previous poster, it looks like one parent has come up with a name in each pair.

Presuming its you who likes the nicer names, could you mix them all up so a name from the left hand list is the first name and a name from the right hand list is the middle name?!

MortifiedAdams · 27/08/2013 22:56

Confused you already have another thread discussing your name choices....

hashtagwhatever · 27/08/2013 23:14

I love the name lyric btw, wasn't brave enough to use on my own dc.

Layl77 · 28/08/2013 06:49

Romy and Scarlett are lovely. Don't like the second suggestion in each

wigglesrock · 28/08/2013 07:16

I like Romy, Rae and I love Milena/Mila. Lux used to be brand of soap, I don't know if it's still about.

StrangeGlue · 28/08/2013 07:31

I like romy (prefer romily though) and darcy. I don't really like any of the rest and really dislike Mae, Rae, miliani and Jordan.

I'd go with:

Romily and Grace.

If you like Lux I'd call baby either Alexandra or alexia and call them lux as a nickname. Likewise I'd use Rachael and Rae as a nickname.

BlueStarsAtNight · 28/08/2013 07:38

Romy Grace and Darcy Taylor are good, so are Romy Grace and Scarlett Mae.
I really dislike Jaida, Milani and Lux.

QOD · 28/08/2013 07:41

Don't like the right hand names at all

Totally different to the left,, they sound made up

Bonsoir · 28/08/2013 07:45

Melanie is much nicer than Milani and not widely used these days.

Romy is pretty and would complement Melanie.

MrsBungle · 28/08/2013 07:58

Romy and Scarlett

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 28/08/2013 13:30

Not liking these, sorry.

I like Darcy and Grace and quite like Scarlett. Mae is okay. Rae is okay as a mn. Rae and Mae as 'matching' middle names feels a bit contrived and naff to me, sorry.

Lux, Taylor, Jaida, Lyric and Milani I dislike, sorry.

Darcy Maeve and Melissa Rae
Scarlett Mae and Miranda Darcy
Lydia Grace and Juliet Lydia

For example. Have tried to get a similar 'feel' in the sounds but with more classic names here, but may be way off!

Littlecherublegs · 28/08/2013 21:36

Not keen on any of these, sorry!

Scarlett is nice, Grace is lovely and Mae & Rae are fine for middle names.

Really dislike all the other names you mentioned.

Saffyz · 28/08/2013 22:43

Darcy Mae and Romy Grace
Milani Jordan and Darcy Rae
Scarlett Romy and Jaida Grace
Romy Taylor and Milani Lyric
