Thanks everyone. Milo, theo and Leo have gone unfortunately. Husband has suggested Finlay/Finn. We don't know any. If not Oscar could be also a good choice.

Matteo is quite now and trendy in Italy, so similar to Luca.

I don't think Finlay goes at all.
