I love Ezra and Ruben (on my list if we ever have DS3...)

Otis I say know because it makes me think of the pug. Blush

Congratulations OP!

Of the four names, Ezra is by far my favourite. It's lovely, strong, cool and the nn Ez is great. That's just my personal choice though. If you love all 4 but can't decide, try - if you haven't already - saying the names out loud in sentences you'll be saying years down the line, eg "This is our baby xxx", "how was school, xx?", "xxx, do your homework", "xxx, get a job", "xxx is getting married" etc. this really helped me decide on the names for my 2 DS. Smile

I loved Ezra for our first son and DH wasn't keen, this time he loves it and I'm not so sure! Reuben is a compromise as I like the shortened 'ru' but Reuben quite popular now.
Cassius again a compromise as I love Casper but he doesn't but I love the nn Cas. Otis I love but again DH not keen and hence we are still without a name three weeks after the birth!!

I love Otis and Ruben, and think Ruben goes best with Theo. Not keen on Ezra and really don't like Cassius. Congratulations on your little boy!

Leopoldina · 24/08/2013 09:11

Cassius or Cassian...

IslaValargeone · 24/08/2013 09:13

Otis

RubySparks · 24/08/2013 09:20

Reuben is lovely! Other names all have other associations for me - Ezra (Pound), Friend's dog called Otis, Cassius (Clay).

DeeLighted · 24/08/2013 09:33

Love EZra and Cassian (but not Cassius).

Other suggestions:

Seth
Nate
Linus
Eli/Elijah
Emil
Raphael/Rafa

I like Otis but its the back to back 'O' of Theo & Otis that puts me off (I'm odd like that).

Reuben's nice too!

RegainingUnconsciousness · 24/08/2013 09:40

At risk of Outage: I know a Caspian brother of already mentioned name.

Nice lad, nice name.

JazzAnnNonMouse · 24/08/2013 12:16

I love all of them !

TheFunStopsHere · 24/08/2013 12:25

Cassius. Nice name.
Theodore and Cassius are lovely together. Congratulations!

SoupDragon · 24/08/2013 12:28

Ruben/Reuben. I also like Ezra but dislike Cassius and Otis.

TravailsInHyperreality · 24/08/2013 12:34

All of them are great names and any of them would be a good choice, but I think Cassius works best alongside Theodore.

Congrats on your little one!

Barnaclebottom · 24/08/2013 13:03

Ok we are going for Ezra. I've felt a pang every time I met an Ezra since my son was born so I think it's the right name. Thanks for the input ladies, much appreciated!!

Otis!

FingersCrossedLegsNot · 24/08/2013 14:31

I think Otiscand Theo go well, the repeat O is nice! Cassius is great also!

Exhaustipated · 24/08/2013 17:02

Great choice :)

delilah89 · 24/08/2013 21:51

None of them are as nice as Theo. Otis is the best though.

What about Arthur instead? Or Isaac?
