Ava definitely, popular but lovely name!

Scarlett is ok; really dislike Giselle.

Scarlet is a lovely name for a baby and child....but for an adult????

Whereas Ava is lovely, very feminine and gentle.

I always try and associate personalities with names and I envisage a teenager called Ava being a much nicer than one called Scarlett...

For example, if OP's surname begins with the letter D she can't really have an Ava Scarlett

My ds would have been Giselle. Totally love it!

My DS would have been giselle too - DH and I both quite sad we don't get to use it as we're not planning more DCs.

I love giselle! Scarlett is quite common (as in a lot of people name their Dd Scarlett, not that it doesn't sound lovely). I've met quite a few Ava's too.

I'm surprised people don't like Giselle I think it's such a lovely name very glamourous
