Names of little girly girls you know of?

Hi all,

I am really drawn to names that are very feminine, frilly, princess like. And those kind of names have me imagining a four year old that's very girly girl.

However, I realise there are tomboys out there with pretty dainty names such as Lily and Emily.

So I am curious, what are the names of little girls you know who are very girly? :)

I know a very girly Lara, Caitlin, Maisie... can't think of any other really girly girls at the moment.

I know a tomboy called Nancie.

And, (and sorry if this offends anyone but it is just my personal experience!) I am yet to meet a graceful Grace.

Rosie for me too, she's 28 and a mum herself, but she was my flower-girl and flower-girl the year before and the year after.

I've never met a little girl more suited to twirling around in a frilly dress.

She's still tiny, beautiful and one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. She's also intelligent and determined too, no air headed dim blonde despite her delicate looks.

Girliest little girl I know is named Charlie.

Not sure why you think a name has any bearing on a child's personality however.

Scarlett Mae. With the unfortunate last name of H icks

Very girly, handbags at dawn, coordinated shoes, the whole shebang

WafflyVersatile · 10/07/2013 02:24

I don't think that's unfortunate. I like it a lot.

Catriona will only wear dresses she can twirl in.jeans are the enemy.

KnittedWaffle · 10/07/2013 02:36

What constitutes 'girly'?
My DD (4) is Ella and she will only wear dresses, loves pink, princesses, fairies, babies, ballet and buying clothes and shoes.

She also loves making mud pies, climbing trees/monkey bars (in her dresses), motorbikes, scooters, Power Rangers and talking about poo. Grin
