What are your favourite one-syllable boys' names? First name will be Peter.

Thanks all!

I love Peter! My favourite 1 syllable name is Kit but does that go?

donttellalfred · 08/07/2013 20:13

Ooh I love Kit but I don't know if it does work. Sounds a bit Peter Rabbitty?

DS's middle names are Peter Paul, despite not being at all religious.

Some great suggestions here, thanks. I especially like John, James and George. A couple of the others we can't use because of family reasons. I love Peter Rex too. Hmm lots of food for thought, don't know if we have found the one yet...

John and George are both very nice. John is quite unusual at the moment.

Any reason why it has to be a 1-syllable middle name?

mathanxiety · 09/07/2013 07:22

Not Peter Mark. Tis a big Irish beauty parlour chain.

I like Miles.

I know a Peter Francis and had a relative named Peter Stanislaus. Why one-syllable?
