Ham69 · 23/04/2013 21:37

I don't mind it.

booksandchoc · 23/04/2013 21:39

I kno a Lucy And lily-Anne. It's nice, but a bit twee.

nenevomito · 23/04/2013 21:40

I think its lovely.

MissSusan · 23/04/2013 21:42

I like both names, might be a bit of a mouth full if your calling their names in a park, but you won't be doing that forever.

SantanaLopez · 23/04/2013 21:44

My accent won't let me get all the ls out.

LeChatRouge · 23/04/2013 21:45

I think there are enough names out there to choose something a bit more different. Use as a middle name maybe?

mynameisnotmichaelcaine · 23/04/2013 21:46

My kids' names are a tiny bit rhymey, but tbh they are separate people, and it's only for the next few years that they'll be living together. Most of the people I work with, for example, don't even know my brother's name.

StrangeGlue · 23/04/2013 21:49

I like both names but when you're yelling up the stairs will you always get both coming running ignoring

thermalsinapril · 23/04/2013 22:19

Too similar I think.

Ham69 · 23/04/2013 22:24

How about Lucia instead if you're unsure?

mumbaisapphire · 23/04/2013 23:13

I think it's nice. As others have said they are individual people and will grow up most likely living apart. Can't see it's an issue.

Clouise1626 · 24/04/2013 18:09

Thats for the comments.
My partner loves the names together im still a bit unsure

Lucinda is another option

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 28/04/2013 22:03

Far too samey imho.

Rhubarbgarden · 29/04/2013 07:09

Twee

TheDoctrineOfSnatch · 29/04/2013 07:14

Quite samey. And anything like mail with initials on in future will get mixed up.

TheDoctrineOfSnatch · 29/04/2013 07:15

How about Mary?

DonDrapersAltrEgoBigglesDraper · 29/04/2013 10:12

Really...?

There's a whole world of names out there. You don't have to go for two-syllable names starting with L, as nice as they might be.

Think outside the box. Branch out. Lucy is fine, but there's a myriad other beautiful names out there, just waiting to be bestowed on a lovely baby. :)
