Final two... Rufus or Rohan

After much deliberating with DH (and attempting to get Seth to the top of the list - major fail), we are now down to two boys name for DS2 due in a few weeks.

Opinions please on Rufus or Rohan (DS1 called Dylan if it helps).

oh just wanted to add that my real favourite name would have been Jonah, vetoed by DP, just in case that was one you hadn't considered and we really do share the same taste in names....

Rufus! Rohan do walking clothes. Jasper is also great though and actually goes better with Dylan imo.

I absolutely adore Rufus! Also love Jasper. Both would be on my list if this baby was a boy. I think I prefer Rufus slightly over Jasper but love both.

I much prefer them to Rohan.

Rohan to me is either walking gear or Lord of the Rings. I'm not keen. Rufus is nicer and better with Dylan. Jasper is OK.

Rufus is a dog name so for that reason Rohan.

puzzletree, this is a little weird. Jonah was on the (only marginally longer) list until we decided we neede to cut it down. And that's purely on the basis of it being shortened really.

I like them and have friends that have used both. Not sure on Jasper.

To other posters: round here Rohan=boy, Rowan=girl.

You are right on my wavelength -we have a Jasper and your other names were on your list.

We also have Dominic and Edward.

Jasper gets my vote

Like Jasper but out of the original two, I much prefer Rohan (if you are pronouncing it as I have in my mind - like Tolkiens Riders of...and not like Rowan). Not keen on Rufus.

Before myself and oh loved rohan (although not even pregnant yet!) but then I mentioned lord of the rings and it has changed our minds bit...

I know a lovely Rufus. Rohan is a bit Lord of the Rings
