Which of these?

Still in the ttc stages for dc2 but dp and I are discussing names already (bit presumptuous maybe) but which of these do mumsnetters like?

Lydia Anna
Maisie Anna
Amelia Anna
Alicia (pronounced A-liss-ee-ya not al-ee-sha which I hate!) Anna

I think they are all beautiful names but none of them 'flow' when spoken aloud because each first name ends with a vowel.

You are obviously set on Anna for a middle name so perhaps a first name ending with a consonant would sound better - Caroline, Charlotte, Madeleine for example.

I agree - if you really want Anna then don't have the first name ending in 'a'.

Hmm yes I see what you mean. Anna was my twin sister who died so it's a definite!

Anna is lovely, but if you say your names aloud they just don't flow.

What about anna-maria? Then if its too painful to use anna everyday you could call her Ria or something similar as a nickname.

Lydia and Maisie are my favourites. But that'd be too much of a mouthful wouldn't it: Lydia Maisie Anna E-son (three syllable surname)...think I've answered that for myself

You could have Anna Lydia and then just use Lydia for everyday.

Or do you like Annabel?
