Like Isla but not...

We're looking for both boy and girl names (don't know yet) and want them to be Scottish but not overtly gaelic spelling.

I LOVE Isla but a v. good friend has just taken that. I also love Mairi but another friend has that.. Think I like Calum and Cameron for boys...

So... what's like Isla but not?

So far I can only think of Ailsa.

Aoife is definitely too gaelic / irish for me...

But Mara... now that's a lovely name... is it really scottish? [off to google]
