A natural name

So we already have a flower and a gemstone (eg Lily and Ruby). Looking for DD3 name that continues the natural theme. Don't mind another flower but feel we may come across as hoping more for a floristry than a baby. Would like it to be a 'thing' as house is becoming festooned with lillies and rubies as friends can't resist - so don't want DD3 to feel left out in future. Would value your thoughts please?

Love Coral or Amber as they are different categories to other dd's.

Other ideas:
Laurel, olive, cherry, Leigh, angel, clover, saffron, clementine, ebony, aurora

Faye (fairy), seren (star), Selena (moon), leonie (lioness)

Plum
Apple. Or has that been Paltrowed?

kissitbetter · 18/01/2013 21:06

Thank you again, testing some of these out on dh right now... Clover is getting a look in, and I love clementine but while it apparently comes from clemency, dh is concerned about the small orange association (albeit it fits the brief!)

I don't think a Summer has to be born in Summer. I love the name - so happy, upbeat and unpretentious. Lots of lovely name ideas though. Olive is sweet.

Binarysolo.....my baby bump was called moon unit! Makes me chuckle every time!
I vote Forrest, Ivy & Briar

baskingseals · 19/01/2013 09:45

Ebony

noblegiraffe · 19/01/2013 09:52

If friends are festooning your house with lillies and rubies, I'd go for Diamond.

kissitbetter · 19/01/2013 23:31

noble Grin

Those aren't their actual names but the general stylee - in fact several people have suggested their names here!

And (you may detect I am getting a bit anxious now as the big day approaches) I also tried a name generator today - v spookily the first name it came up with was Summer, which I have been pondering, and the second was a double barrelled combo of the two DDs' real names...
