Two potential names for our daughter to be, need help deciding....

We have to bear in mind our local accent (Medway)....but...

  1. Alice Liberty or...
  2. Elodie Isla

I suppose also derivations of these i.e. Liberty Isla, or Elodie Alice might work too, whaddya think?

I prefer Elodie Isla, but by the way of nothing at all, it made me laugh, because there are two girls in my sons class called Elodie and Isla. They are the only two red headed girls, but otherwise quite different. There is a whole stack of girlie blonde clones whose names I can remember, but I can never remember which redhead is Isla and which one is Elodie.

I don't like Liberty very much. Sorry!

There's something wonderful about Aloce liberty but I really like Elodie Alice too.

thats the pronounciation I think, C-L is the surname. (double barrelled)

I love Alice as a name & Elodie - not keen on the other options but could be because small child at nursery called Isla was awful child !

Love Alice. Isla is a bit too popular. Liberty is a bit pretentious. Not sure about Elodie - it might grow on me.

Elodie Alice is lovely. Definitely the best combination. Sorry, but really don't like Liberty.

I love Elodie (thought I might be biased) but not too keen on the others - sorry. How about Elodie Grace? Elodie Nicole? Elodie Rose. I think Elodie and all of your options are too sing song... just my opinion though :)

Another one for Elodie Alice - really lovely. Also like Elodie Rose, but just a bit less than EA.

Don't do Liberty Isla it is to close to Liberty Isle

I would do Elodie Alice I dont think Elodie Isla rolls very well on the tongue. and whilst I dont mind Alice it is not one I would use as a first name personally
