Willow, Sophia or Lily?

I've just found out I'm going to have a little girl, so this is my shortlist:

Willow
Sophia
Lily

I'm in Scotland if that changes the popularity of names , so what do you all think?

Lily, it's one of my favourites and what DP and I plan on calling one of our kids. I also love Sophia, it's my mums middle name and works well as a middle name too IMO

like both Sophia and Willow.
