Twin girl names needed; French

As we live in France we need 2 girls names that work with the French pronunciation primarily.
So far; Florence (very easy for French) - we all agree on this and think it's a definite for twin 1.
Florence and Freya?
Florence and Fifi?
Everything else has been rejected by one of the family (we have 3 boys) and we probably have just a few days left to decide. In France you have to register the birth very quickly afterwards!

Are you sure you want Florence? It sounds like someone in her mid-forties, as do Béatrice and Sylvie and Fabienne. Elodie = about thirty. Violette, Joséphine, Esmé = 95. Granny chic isn't big here.

Aren't trends and fashion funny , when I was young Agatha was a name you'd give a witch ..now very trendy and chic.

When we told our elderly relatives we had named dd Rose they thought it terribly unfashionable and frumpy.

I can't stand Agatha (Agathe in French I think) or Agnes. I think they sound ugly and harsh. But I guess it's an age thing. I am in my 40's so I remember old ladies called those things. They belong in the same category as Edna, Gertrude, Gladys, Hilda, Ethel, Enid and Ada to me; ugly, clumsy, harsh and frumpy sounding.

What a shame you don't love Elodie (as you haven't mentioned it in feedback). I love it with Florence!

I think 'Cherie' is a very nice name, I know and she's lovely. It means 'beloved' in French.

Florence and Odile or Margaux
I certainly wouldn't do same initials (and definitely not Fifi)
