How many names (first & middle) do your children have?

My birth certificate shows just my first name. I changed my surname via deed poll when I was 16 and I chose a middle name, just for the sake of it! It never gets used and tbh I didn't put much thought into it and wish I had now.

What's a confirmation name?

Whole family has first name, middle name, surname.

DD1 only has the one name, no middle name. DD2 got one of my sisters' names as a middle name. DD3 has two middle names - my other sister's name, and that of my late ex-h's grandmother (fulfilling a promise to him).

No idea what number 4 will get when s/he arrives next July - probably just the one middle name at most. Apparently boys in my OH's family get saddled with "Wainwright" as a middle name but we've both agreed if this one's a boy we won't be carrying on that tradition!
