Thoughts on Tabitha?

I think this will be the name for yellow bump if girl, only 5 days to d.day. But wanted any opinions on this name. Also do you know any Tabithas out there? My daughter is Matilda. Many thanks

Like it but disagree re it going nicely with Matilda: too samey. Sorry!

Hmm to me it's the name for a witch or a witchs cat, sorry. Is my instant thought that the mum must really be a "cat" person to name her child that.

It put us off unfortunately, didn't want people thinking they were witches l
Shame cos it's a beautiful name, we went with Addison instead

My feeling is that it's becoming slightly more mainstream and with that the bewitched connection is becoming outdated, and hopefully the more the name is used the less 'catty' it will feel. If Felix can get away with it, dear old Tabitha can. Not too sure, might be overthinking now. Well the house has been 'nested', got to find something to obssess over. I hate it.It's a harsh,unattractive name imho.

I love it, and I was going to have twins called Matilda and Tabitha, so I think they definitely go well together! (I had boy twins!)
