Which do you prefer?

All gorgeous-sounding names but, in my opinion, will date quickly as they are very of the moment.

In my opinion, from best to worst:
Heidi
Scarlett
Ava & Isla
Belle

Heidi & Scarlett are more distinctive as they are less common and will therefore age better, and it helps that I know a lovely Heidi. Ava & Isla sound nice but I find them a bit unexciting. Belle is a bit weak-sounding and, like Ava & Isla, blends in with lots of other names (Ella, Isabel, Annabelle, Ella, Ellie, Elsa, Ada, Eva, Eve, Iris, Layla, Ailsa, Elsie, and so on).

Your child will be fine with whichever you pick as they are exactly the names loads of mums and dads love right now.

I prefer Heidi.
It 's cute but not baby ish. I find the sonorities quite endearing and it seems less of a prominent name on the boards and Real Life.

Thanks, DH loves Heidi and it is a favourite of mine. Is day Heidi and Scarlett are at the top of my list but I just can't decide...

I prefer Belle or Isla

I love the name Heidi and would probably use it if I had a different sur name.

I like Heidi and Ava. Not so keen in Isla.

Belle and scarlett would be difficult for an unattractive person to carry off and you run the risk of the name just not suiting them and being a bit awkward.

Heidi Scarlett seems to run quite well, if it sounds right with your surname?

Heidi scarlett is pretty but we have a 3 syllable last name so might be abit of a mouthful
