I'm not due til May so have loads of time to decide, but Peggy is one of our favourites for if we have a girl at the moment, what do you reckon?Never met or heard of anyone having a little Peggy, is it too different? We'd probably use Rose, May or Anne as a middle name. Thanks!

Peggy is a fantastic name.

(I also love Gertie which has a similar feel.)

Objectively I can see its a really cute name. But I just associate it with old ladies. Sorry.

There's a Peggy in my DS's nursery. Very cute. I'd call her Margaret or Megan on the birth certificate though.

I don't like it, think its a name that makes someone who has it sound a bit stupid.

I am probably biased though as all the Peggys I have ever known have been exceptionally dim.

I think it's awful. Cute for a baby but awful after that. It sounds babyish but also harsh and ugly, quite a feat. I'm clearly in the minority on here though!
