I think it rolls off the tongue rather easily! I think it is a lovely name but yes, it has been used too often recently - every other girl seems to an Isabella round here.
Despite being a 'classic' name, it has had a huge cyclical surge over the past few years and will therefore sound 'dated' to the 2000-2010 period imo.
Personally I'd go for a more 'timeless' name - love Isadora, Carlotta, Theodora, Antonia for example.
