I think a one syllable name, or strong two syllable one like Scarlet would be best with the rhythm of Millie. It also depends on the length of your last name and it's first letter. You can't put 2 vowels together either (my rule) so the middle name needs to start with a consonant and also end with one if your last name starts with a vowel

Millie Celeste or Millie Elise. Millie Adele or Ophelia nice too...
